For accurate payment processing, please include your name and rental property address in the payment description.
Rent Payments
Please submit your monthly rent in the amount specified in your lease. Rent is considered received when the payment has been successfully received by Halme Holdings, LLC.
Please do not deduct maintenance expenses, repairs, fees, or other amounts from your rent payment unless specifically authorized by Halme Holdings.
Security Deposits
Security deposits should only be submitted after your rental application has been approved and Halme Holdings has provided your deposit amount.
Please identify the property address associated with the security deposit when making your payment.
Application Fees
The rental application fee is $75 per adult applicant and is non-refundable.

For your protection, please verify the recipient before submitting payment.
