Yes, we allow pets!
There are some restrictions:
- Due to insurance liability we do not allow the following dog breeds:
- Pitt bulls
- Dobermans
- Rottweilers
- German Shepherds
- Chows
- Great Danes
- Presa Canaries
- Akitas
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Siberian Huskies
- Wolf-hybrids
- Pet must be under 50 pounds.
- If a pet is in the home, renters Insurance is required with a $100,000 minimum liability policy.
- There is a $250 dollar non-refundable deposit per pet.
- Service animals are permitted if they are registered with the Department of Health and Human Services. Proof of registration is required. Please see the NCDHHS website for more information.
